Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a defined market. You will perform resets, installations, and in-store tasks while guiding a team of merchandising associates to meet project standards and timelines.

Travel regularly within the territory and neighboring markets is required. The role emphasizes safety, quality, reporting accuracy, and strong collaboration with store management and client representatives to drive successful retail

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising, resets, planogram compliance, and installations.
• Direct in-store team, communicate instructions, and inspect work for standards.
• Be the in-market contact, build relationships with store management and clients.
• Provide accurate project reporting via company mobile apps.
• Plan daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety on site and ensure proper use of tools.
• Escalate staffing gaps and issues to District Manager promptly.
• Lead merchandising team to complete projects on time.
• Train and coach associates on standards and safety.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates.
