Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute field merchandising across the assigned market. The role involves performing resets, planograms, displays, and fixture installations while guiding a team of merchandising associates to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.

This field-based position requires travel within the territory and to neighboring markets as needed, with emphasis on safety, reporting, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect outcomes.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and client reps.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce on-site safety standards and proper use of tools.
• Lead training and coaching of associates on standards.
• Provide performance input to the District Manager.
