Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising and project execution across an assigned market. You will perform resets, installations, and breakdowns, while guiding a team of merchandising associates to ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

The role requires regular travel within the market and occasional travel to neighboring markets. Strong planogram comprehension, tool usage, and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory: resets, planograms, displays, and fixture installation.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives in-market.
