Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates, formal or informal.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, planogram compliance, displays, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact, build relationships with store management and client reps.
