Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a detail‑oriented Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market.

The role covers resets, installations, and reportable project progress, guiding store teams and coordinating with District Managers. You will travel between stores, ensure planogram compliance, and uphold safety standards while maintaining high quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance per policy.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Willingness to become forklift/aerial lift certified within 30 days of hire, per OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixtures, installation, signage, and inventory.
• Lead in-store team, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Provide on-time project reporting via company apps, verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions on site.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to District Manager promptly.
• Lead the team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising, installation, safety, and company policies.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new associates as requested.
