Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead merchandising, resets, and in-store installations across an assigned market. This full-time field role coaches a team of merchandisers, ensures quality, and collaborates with the District Manager to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities include planning daily travel, enforcing safety standards, reporting via mobile apps, and training associates to uphold company and client standards while traveling across multiple stores

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through mobile apps and verify accuracy of team reporting.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site: verify proper and safe use of tools and equipment; stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues to District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team of merchandising associates to complete projects on time and to standard.
