Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a defined market. This full-time, field-based role includes performing resets, installations, and planogram compliance while directing the merchandising team to meet quality standards.

You will travel regularly between stores, coordinate with the District Manager, train associates, and ensure safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates, formal or informal.
• Ability to read planograms and execute project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct in-store teams, communicate instructions, and inspect work.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store and client reps.
• Complete accurate project reporting via mobile apps, ensuring data quality.
• Plan efficient travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct any unsafe conditions.
• Escalate staffing or coverage gaps to District Manager promptly.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
