Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing the work of field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store merchandising across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and ensure quality.
• Maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting via mobile apps and verify accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on-site and stop unsafe conditions.
• Provide input on associate performance during onboarding.
