Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead a field team in in-store merchandising and project execution across the assigned market. You will perform resets, installations, and break-fix work while directing associates and ensuring quality and safety.

Regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required; you will report project progress via mobile apps and coordinate with the District Manager on staffing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps and systems.
