Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform resets, installations, and breaks, and guide in-store teams to ensure high-quality, on-time execution in retail environments.

This full-time role requires travel within the territory, training of associates, and strong collaboration with store managers and clients. A hands-on leader, you will uphold safety and company standards while reporting progress through

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading or training field teams.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read planograms and execute instructions.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple stores.
• Ownership of personal toolkit and safety awareness.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Residence within ~30 miles of majority stores.
• Able and willing to travel to neighboring markets including overnight travel.
• Familiarity with major retail environments (electronics, big-box, grocery).
• Availability to work full-time including occasional early mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Maintain personal toolkit and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising across the territory.
• Direct in-market team on projects and inspect work against standards.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time reporting through mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate staffing gaps to District Manager promptly.
• Lead in-store team to complete projects on time.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding as requested.
