Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising and project completion across a defined market. You will manage a team of merchandising associates, oversee resets and installations, and ensure safety and quality across store visits.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong leadership, planogram interpretation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. A field-based, full-time schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory (resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixtures).
• Direct the in-store team on projects: give instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Be the in-market contact with store management and client reps, maintain relationships.
