Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. The role includes resets, planogram compliance, installation, and supervising merchandising associates with travel across the territory.

You will partner with the District Manager, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure safety, and provide on-time reporting via mobile apps. A strong candidate has 2+ years in retail merchandising and planogram literacy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.
• Ability to read planograms and follow project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with a smartphone for reporting and photos.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and nearby markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct the in-store team on project instructions and timelines.
• Maintain in-market relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete on-time reporting with photos and data via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards.
