Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field-based merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, and installs while directing in-store teams, training associates, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising with leadership experience, strong planogram skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against company and client standards.
• Serve as the company's in-market point of contact; build and maintain strong working relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company mobile apps and systems, and verify the accuracy of team project reporting.
• Plan efficient daily travel between assigned stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site: verify proper and safe use of tools and equipment by self and team, and stop and correct unsafe conditions or behavior.
