Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field-based merchandising across the assigned market. You will perform merchandising, resets, and installations while guiding a team of associates to meet client standards.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong planogram skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixtures, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising and resets across the territory.
• Direct, instruct, and inspect the in-store team on projects.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and client reps.
• Complete on-time project reports with photos and data.
• Plan daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and use of tools.
• Address coverage gaps and staffing needs with management.
• Lead and train associates on standards and safety.
