Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager for full-time, field-based merchandising leadership across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, installations, and lead in-store teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time project completion.

Travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and planogram literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret planograms and execute project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance per policy requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and to neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory – resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) via company apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; verify proper use of tools and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team in quality and on-time completion of projects; train and coach associates.
• Participate in onboarding and interviews as requested.
