Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. You will directly manage a team, ensure planogram compliance, and drive on-time project completion with safety and quality in mind.

You will travel between stores, train associates, and report progress via mobile apps. A strong background in retail merchandising and leadership is required, with willingness to travel and operate safely on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation per policy.
• Proficiency with mobile devices for reporting and photos.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory (resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, installation, signage, inventory).
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; maintain strong relationships with store managers and client reps.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reports (visits, photos, data) via mobile apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs promptly to the District Manager.
• Lead and train the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in onboarding as requested.
