Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail merchandising across an assigned market. You will perform merchandising, resets, installs, and lead the in-store team, ensuring quality and safety. Regular travel within the market is required, with potential travel to neighboring markets.

Two years of relevant field experience and ability to read planograms are essential. A valid driver’s license and tool-kit are required; you will coordinate with store management

Formación

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through mobile apps and verify accuracy of reports.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client issues to District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team in quality and on-time completion of projects.
• Train, coach, and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in onboarding as requested.
