Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally execute merchandising, resets, installation, and break-fix work, and guide the in-store team to ensure quality and on-time completion.

Travel throughout the territory is required, with occasional multi-market trips. You will train associates, model standards, inspect work for safety, and report progress via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates, formal or informal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company mobile apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and client/store issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
