Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to oversee field merchandising and drive project completion across an assigned market. This role combines hands-on merchandising, resets, and installation with leading a merchandiser team to meet client standards.

The AEM partners with the District Manager, travels within the market, and occasionally to neighboring markets. A strong planogram understanding, safety focus, and leadership are essential for success in this full-time, in-store

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates, formal or informal.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, and inspect work.
• Serve as in-market contact and maintain relationships with store management.
• Prepare on-time project reporting with photos and data via mobile apps.
• Plan daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs promptly.
• Lead the merchandising team to high-quality, on-time completion.
• Train and coach on standards for merchandising, installation, and safety.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in onboarding.
