Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned territory. The role involves performing and guiding resets, planogram compliance, and install work, while supervising the in-store team and ensuring safety and quality.

The AEM partners with the District Manager to schedule staff, travel between stores, and report progress through mobile apps. A proven track record in retail merchandising and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising across the assigned market.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Prepare on-time project reports via company apps and verify accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions.
• Lead team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising and safety standards.
• Provide input on associate performance and onboarding as requested.
