Job summary

Channel Partners seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across the assigned market. The full-time role involves performing resets, installations, and break-fix work, directing in-store teams, training associates, and ensuring safety and planogram compliance.

The AEM travels within the market, coordinates with the District Manager, and maintains accurate reporting through mobile apps. Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising in the territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planograms, displays, installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: instructions, sequencing tasks, and inspection against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reports via mobile apps and verify data.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards; ensure proper tool use and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to high-quality, on-time completion of projects.
• Train and demonstrate merchandising, installation, break-fix, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in interviews/onboarding.
