Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager (AEM) to lead in-store merchandising across the assigned market. As a full-time field-based lead, you will supervise merchandising associates, ensure planogram compliance, and drive on-time project completion.

Regular travel within the market is required; the role offers weekly pay, health and wellness benefits, PTO, a technology allowance, 401(k) with match, and training perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal lead.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation per company policy.
• Willingness to travel within assigned market and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory: resets, displays, planogram compliance, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work for quality and safety.
• Serve as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete on-time project reporting via company apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on-site and address unsafe conditions.
