Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead field-based retail merchandising across an assigned market. The role performs merchandising, resets, and install work while guiding in-store teams and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion.

The AEM collaborates with the District Manager on scheduling and staffing, travels regularly within the market, and may travel to neighboring markets as needed. Prior field leadership and planogram experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect completed work.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure tools/equipment are used safely and correctly.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete team-based projects on time and to standard.
• Train, coach, and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, break fix, and safety.
• Provide input on associate performance and onboarding as requested.
