Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time role involves performing merchandising, resets, installations, and break-fix work while guiding an in-store team to deliver projects on time and to standards.

The AEM travels across stores, builds relationships with store managers and client representatives, and ensures safety and accuracy of reports through mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or fixture installation experience.
• Experience leading or training field teams.
• Ability to read and implement planograms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store merchandising across the assigned territory and ensure planograms and displays meet standards.
• Direct in-store team; communicate instructions and inspect work.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting via mobile apps and verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate staffing gaps and client/store issues to the District Manager.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding of new associates as requested.
