Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead merchandising, resets, and installation across an assigned market. This field-based role requires coordinating a team, training associates, and ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of projects in multiple stores.

The AEM will travel within the market, partner with the District Manager for staffing, and uphold safety and client standards while reporting progress via company apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or training field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across assigned stores and resets.
• Lead in-market team on projects and ensure instructions are followed and standards met.
• Maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate project reporting using mobile apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper tool usage on site.
