Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. The role involves performing in-store work, directing associates, and ensuring timely, high-quality project completion. Travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required.

The position emphasizes strong planogram execution, safety adherence, and relationship-building with store management and clients. This is a full-time, field-based role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, resets, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance as per policy.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photos.
• Certified or willingness to become forklift and aerial/scissor lift certified where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory, including resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting and verify data accuracy in mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and halt unsafe conditions on site, escalating coverage gaps as needed.
• Lead the in-store team to ensure timely, high-quality completion of projects.
• Train and coach team on merchandising, installation, safety, and policy requirements.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
