Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a defined market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, and installs while guiding a team of associates to deliver on-time, quality results.

Regular travel within the territory is required; you will train staff, model standards, and report progress using company apps, ensuring safety and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation, with insurance per policy.
• Proficient with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification within 30 days if needed.
• Live within reasonable commuting distance to territory; travel within assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory, including resets and planogram compliance.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicating instructions, sequencing tasks, and inspecting work to standards.
• Act as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and clients.
• Prepare timely project reports (visit completions, photos, data) via company apps and verify report accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete team-based projects on time and to quality.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising, installation, and safety practices.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in onboarding as requested.
