This full-time, field-based role will supervise a team of merchandising associates, train staff, and ensure high-quality, on-time project execution. Regular travel within the territory and to neighboring markets is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field.
• Experience leading or directing field associates, formal or informal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read planograms and project instructions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and nearby markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising across the territory, including resets and displays.
• Direct in-store teams on projects and inspect work for standards.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate project reporting via mobile apps and verify data.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper tool use.
• Escalate coverage gaps to District Manager promptly.
• Train and coach associates on standards and safety.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding as requested.
