Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a designated market. You will perform and supervise resets, installations, and planogram compliance while guiding store teams and ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will also manage reporting, travel planning, and stakeholder communication, partnering with the District Manager to align staffing and project execution across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company apps and verify accuracy of reporting.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure proper use of tools and equipment and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues to District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team of associates in quality and on-time completion of projects.
• Train and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, break fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements.
