Job summary

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to expand our membership programs across markets nationwide. The role is hybrid with roughly 90% field activity, focused on local businesses and individuals to grow AMCN membership.

You will drive the full sales cycle, develop partnerships, attend health fairs and community events, and act as the local brand ambassador. Base salary options are $35,000 or $45,000 with car allowance and uncapped commission, offering a substantial

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience (B2C or B2B) including cold calling and prospecting.
• Preferred knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and engage community-based audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% of time in the field engaging with local businesses and consumers to promote AMCN memberships.
• Develop Relationships: identify and cultivate new leads through events, partnerships, cold calling and referrals.
• Sales Process Management: manage the full sales cycle from contact to enrollment with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: act as a local brand ambassador at health fairs, community meetings and outreach events.
