Job summary

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to drive membership programs across markets from Show Low, AZ, with a hybrid schedule and extensive field time. You will build relationships with local businesses and consumers, guiding them through enrollment in AMCN membership options.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2C/B2B sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle in a dynamic, nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% in the field engaging with local businesses (70% B2B, 30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs.
• Develop Relationships: identify and cultivate new leads through community events, local partnerships, cold calling and referrals.
• Sales Process Management: navigate full sales cycle from first contact through enrollment with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: act as local brand ambassador at health fairs, community meetings, and local events.
