AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is hiring a Membership Sales Manager to drive local adoption of membership programs across markets nationwide. Expect 90% field time with a strong emphasis on building relationships and partnerships while delivering outstanding member value.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through enrollment, leveraging community events and partnerships to grow market share, with uncapped earning potential and a car allowance included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting.
• Experience with healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and engage with community audiences.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~90% in the field promoting AMCN membership programs across assigned territories (70% B2B, 30% B2C).
• Develop relationships through community events, partnerships, cold calls, and referrals.
• Navigate full sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment with a consultative approach.
• Act as local brand ambassador by participating in health fairs, community meetings, and outreach opportunities.
