Job summary

AirMedCare Network seeks a Membership Sales Manager – Nationwide to drive membership growth across markets in a hybrid role (about 90% field-based). You will spend substantial time in the field promoting AMCN membership programs to both businesses and consumers.

The role involves developing relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and acting as a brand ambassador at health events and local meetings. A minimum 3 years of field sales experience and knowledge of healthcare/insurance are

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience including cold calling and active prospecting.
• Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred.
• Strong ability to build long‑term relationships within community-based audiences.
• Hybrid field-based role with heavy in-market engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive local impact by spending ~90% of time in the field with local businesses and consumers to promote AMCN membership programs.
• Develop relationships through community events, partnerships, cold calling, and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment using a consultative approach.
• Act as a local brand ambassador at health fairs, community meetings, and business events.
