Job summary

NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in a hybrid field role. You will spend 95% of your time in the local market meeting small business owners, while supporting NFIB’s mission to protect and empower the Voice of Small Business.

The position offers paid training, full medical/dental/vision benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus plan. Ideal candidates bring an entrepreneurial spirit, strong persistence, and the ability to quickly learn our proven sales model.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: deliver the 5-minute sales presentation verbatim.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: explain NFIB protections in Washington, D.C. and capitals.
