Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field-based MSL experience and/or clinical plastic surgery work experience.
• Strong expertise in medical affairs, KOL engagement, and the regulatory landscape for surgical innovation.
• Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze stakeholder networks and tailor communications to different audiences.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare System and relevant regulations.

Responsabilités

• Align on medical strategy and key objectives with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and map stakeholders including KOLs, surgeons, payers, and patient groups.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder data to prioritize engagement.
• Develop personalized engagement plans for plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Design coordinated objectives for each audience with clear scientific outcomes.
• Execute planned educational sessions, advisory boards, and congress activities.
• Engage via in-person or virtual KOL meetings, research collaborations, and educational events.
• Document insights from engagements to refine medical strategy.
