Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license or CRC credential required.
• Workers' compensation case management experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to appointments and locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments with the injured workers, possibly visiting employers and worksites.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
• Provide consistent communication and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure case management work meets customer and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams.
