Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Manager for Field Mechanical Engineering – Assembly to lead a team in the SPARC assembly process. This position requires strong project management and mechanical engineering experience.

The successful candidate will oversee engineering workflows, ensure best practices in mechanical assembly, and contribute to the team's technical development, while fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience demonstrating project ownership.
• 2+ years of management experience with construction or assembly/integration processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Optimize engineering workflows for improved efficiency.
