Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience with project ownership.
• 4+ years overseeing construction, manufacturing, or assembly/integration processes.
• 4+ years of experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and develop tooling for SPARC system components.
• Coordinate with system teams to optimize assembly steps and methods.
• Analyze tool structures and kinematics for safe, effective operation.
• Oversee fabrication of tools and procurement of required hardware.
• Create work-instruction packets and training materials for tool use.
