Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering required.
• 7+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
• 4+ years overseeing an in-progress construction, manufacturing, or assembly process.
• 4+ years of experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize night-shift assembly for SPARC components.
• Define and implement assembly sequence solutions and changes.
• Procure or build tools and fixtures for upcoming process steps.
• Coordinate with design, metrology, and assembly teams to ensure precise alignment.
