Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of material control processes and tools.
• Review shipment release documentation and ensure approvals per PO and Material Control Plan.
• Advise stakeholders on shipment releases and the authorization process.
• Administer Material Receiving Reports (MRRs), MIRs and OS&Ds.
• Maintain a repository of material control documentation.
• Identify material control risks and coordinate OS&D resolution.
• Coordinate with project personnel on material control activities.
