SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas is seeking a Marketing & Business Development professional to promote restoration and cleaning services and build relationships with referral partners in the Marble Falls and Lampasas area. You will also assist in coordinating restoration projects from start to finish, communicating with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Salesforce Marketing, is required.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas restoration and specialty cleaning services within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Make regular in-person visits to current and prospective referral partners using a route-based sales approach.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase referrals.
• Participate in networking events, community activities, and local business functions.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, appreciation events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, appointments, and marketing activities.
• Assist with coordinating restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.
• Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the project.
• Schedule appointments, inspections, services, and follow-up visits.
• Monitor job progress and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Assist with gathering job documentation, photos, estimates, authorizations, and other required paperwork.
• Follow up on outstanding information, approvals, and customer needs while helping keep projects organized and moving forward.
