Job summary

SERVPRO of Woodcrest is seeking a Business Development Marketing Representative to grow our referral network and generate new business for restoration services in Riverside and surrounding areas.

You will focus on in-person outreach, building relationships with property managers, insurers, real estate pros, and business owners, while meeting revenue targets and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a marketing role involving direct customer outreach.
• Confident at introductions, prospecting, cold calling, and asking for business.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with local professionals.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay accountable to goals.
• Comfort using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for business-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, facility managers, plumbers, contractors, real estate professionals, and business owners.
• Plan and complete daily outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-up meetings.
• Educate prospective clients and referral partners about our restoration services and ask for opportunities to earn their business.
• Represent SERVPRO at networking events, professional associations, community functions, and educational presentations.
• Follow up consistently with contacts and leads to develop active referral sources.
• Keep CRM records current, including contacts, outreach activity, opportunities, and next steps.
• Meet established activity and revenue goals and review territory results with management.
• Work closely with operations to communicate customer needs and support a smooth transition from referral to service delivery.
