SERVPRO of Woodcrest Team Lingurar is seeking a dynamic Business Development Marketing Representative to grow our restoration services through local outreach, referrals, and partnerships. In this field-based role, you’ll meet with property managers, insurers, and business owners, educate them on our offerings, and drive new business opportunities while representing SERVPRO at events.

You’ll spend time in the community, build a strong local network, and help SERVPRO become the trusted resource

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development or marketing with direct outreach.
• Comfort with prospecting, cold calls, and asking for business.
• Strong communication and trust-building with local professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with property managers, insurers, and business owners.
• Plan daily outreach through in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups.
• Educate prospective clients about restoration services and seek opportunities.
• Represent SERVPRO at networking events and community functions.
• Follow up with contacts to develop active referral sources.
• Keep CRM records current with contacts, outreach, opportunities, and next steps.
• Meet activity and revenue goals and review territory results with management.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth transition from referral to service.
• Contribute to revenue growth through productive referrals.
