SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a driven Outside Sales and Marketing Representative to grow brand awareness, develop new business, and maintain relationships with referral sources across assigned territories.

You will be the face of the company in the field, building leads, nurturing connections, and promoting our restoration and cleaning services. This role emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and networking within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and planning capabilities.
• Ability to build rapport in new or difficult situations.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Attend networking events to promote services.
• Track visits, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate booths, presentations, and branded experiences at events.
• Manage revenue and activity goals and compare against targets.
