Job summary

SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas seeks a personable Marketing Representative / Project Coordinator to join our team. The role blends business development, relationship management, and coordination/administrative support for restoration projects in the Marble Falls & Lampasas area.

Responsibilities include promoting services, developing referral partnerships, conducting in-person visits, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining records.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Confident, friendly, professional, and detail oriented.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas restoration and specialty cleaning services within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Make regular in-person visits to current and prospective referral partners using a route-based sales approach.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase referrals.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, appreciation events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, appointments, and marketing activities.
