Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products, LLC. is seeking a Field Program Specialist in Charlotte to lead field marketing programs, including retail demos, consumer events, and breeder/dog show initiatives. You will supervise demo teams, coordinate budgets, and drive brand engagement.

Across functions, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize programs and measure performance. The role requires 5+ years in field marketing, supervisory experience, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, or related consumer marketing.
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience with field teams, vendors, or brand ambassadors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail demonstration program with consistent, high-quality execution.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach demo representatives.
• Plan and manage consumer events, staffing, budgets, and reporting.
• Develop breeder and dog show participation strategies and relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Travel 25–50% for demos, events, and industry functions.
