Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products, LLC. is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.

You will supervise demo teams, coordinate with partners, and manage budgets to increase brand awareness and product trial. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in field marketing or related roles, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, program management, or related.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s field marketing programs, including retail demos and consumer events.
• Supervise demo representatives, coordinate field activities, and manage budgets.
• Oversee breeder and dog show participation and related outreach.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations to drive brand awareness and ROI.
• Travel 25–50% to support demos, events, and breeder outreach.
