Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products, LLC. is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing efforts across retail demos, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.

You will supervise demo teams, coordinate with partners, and manage budgets and schedules to boost brand awareness, product trials, and sales. The role requires travel and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, program management, consumer marketing, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s field marketing programs, including retail demos, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.
• Supervise and coach demo representatives; coordinate schedules with retail partners and Sales.
• Manage budgets, logistics, and reporting for demos and events; monitor KPIs and ROI.
• Develop event playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Ops, and Product.
