Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead the company’s field marketing initiatives, including retail demos, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show participation. You will supervise demo teams, coordinate field activities, and manage budgets to boost brand awareness and product trial.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams, travel to events, and develop playbooks to standardize brand representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, program management, or related.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Must reside in approved markets including Orlando, FL.
• Ability to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail demonstration program end-to-end.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach demo representatives.
• Coordinate demo schedules with retailers and Sales.
• Oversee demo inventory, budgets, and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI from field activities.
• Plan and execute consumer events and brand experiences.
• Develop breeder program recruitment and relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams.
• Travel 25–50% as needed; supervise field team.
