Redbarn Pet Products, LLC. is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.

You will supervise demo representatives, coordinate field activities, and manage program logistics and budgets to boost brand awareness and sales. The role requires 5+ years in field marketing or related roles, supervisory experience, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of field marketing, event management, or related experience.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Budget management and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail demonstration programs with consistent, high-quality execution.
• Plan and manage consumer events, staffing, and post-event reporting.
• Develop breeder and dog show outreach strategies and participation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align programs.
• Travel as needed to demos, events, dog shows, and breeder outreach.
